An important aspect to the RISD social calendar are the gallery openings every Thursday evening. This years schedule starts off in the primary gallery space for the campus found in the Woods-Gerry House. Woods-Gerry is also the home of the Admissions Office on the second floor. If you are planning a to visit Admissions, keep your eyes out for new work from different departments showing as you walk through the gallery on your way into the building.
